Sometimes the biggest breakthroughs happen in the smallest conversations, one honest moment at a time. Prison Break Ministry isn’t about physical bars or concrete walls, it's about the prisons men build inside themselves. My heart for 1-on-1 mentoring is simple: to walk with men who are tired of living trapped by their past, their patterns, or their pain, and who are ready for real growth rooted in truth, accountability, and grace.
For over 20 years, I have worked in corporate management and leadership roles. I spent two decades developing people: coaching, problem-solving, guiding teams, and helping leaders grow. Those years taught me how men think, how we struggle, how we get stuck, and what it takes to move forward with clarity and courage.
Today, I’m continuing that calling from a different angle. I’m currently pursuing a Masters degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Christian Coaching, blending evidence-based understanding with a biblical foundation for transformation. I don’t approach mentoring as an expert talking down to someone, but instead as a brother who has lived the pressure, the expectations, the setbacks, and the rebuild.
This is not a counseling session, or a program that you complete. We’ll talk about whatever you’re facing: faith, purpose, relationships, fatherhood, identity, decisions, or just the weight that’s been sitting on your shoulders.
